I have supported a wide range of clinical teams,  in NHS,  Private and Specialist practices, and I am confident working within fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to different systems, workflows and team dynamics.

Alongside my clinical work, I have held practice management positions, which means I also have experience supporting practice operations and teams.  I have previously been a CQC-registered manager and also overseen a successful CQC inspection in the absence of the registered manager. This gives me a strong understanding of the day-to-day pressures faced by practices, from rota challenges to compliance and patient flow.
